John, In regards to the two Flexi Lift trucks we purchased from you, just over two years ago, we could not be happier with these trucks.
There were a lot of people here that were skeptical about the whole concept of the way these worked, but they have absolutely made believers out of anyone that has used them. They far exceeded our expectations. As an operator myself for 30 years, I think these are better than any regular propane lift truck I’ve ever used. The number one advantage is the visibility of your load. With the Flexi you are able to view your load, as you move into it, from the side. Full unobstructed view. You have the lift carriage in front of you on all other lift trucks. This actually has cut down on some damages that use to occur to our skids. This alone is a great selling feature, not to mention the narrow isle way usage. Our current isle ways are 8’ wide. Down from what we use to have was 13’ isle ways. We could have moved them closer but we lined ours up to match the existing lighting above. I was one of those skeptics, and I am now completely sold and happy with these. This video link is the first thing I watched before trying the Flexi for myself. https://youtu.be/P1X_JwM_uQ4
It absolutely gives you the basics and after that everything was simple. I’ve also become a fan of battery-operated lift trucks due to this experience. No propane, smells, leaks, engine service fees.
If you ever need to show one in operation, give me a call. We would be happy to show them!
